SoulPage Partners with IRI to Enhance AI-Driven PII Security with Cutting-Edge Signature Detection - Redaction.

SoulPage IRI Collaboration

Hyderabad, Telangana Aug 5, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - SoulPage, operating out of the US and India, specializes in providing AI and Data Science-driven products and services designed to enhance enterprise scalability and automate business processes. DeepLobe, the AI innovation center within SoulPage, focuses on seamlessly incorporating AI models into existing systems using a no-code methodology. SoulPage has joined hands with Innovative Routines International (IRI), Inc. to introduce a powerful new feature in the IRI DarkShield data masking tool. This collaboration brings AI-driven detection and obfuscation of handwritten signatures in document and image files, significantly boosting the protection of personally identifiable information (PII).

DeepLobe's advanced AI capabilities have been seamlessly integrated into DarkShield, enabling precise identification and obfuscation of signatures. This integration is a testament to DeepLobe's commitment to providing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance data security across various platforms. There will be a free trial of 30 days for existing and new customers to experience this feature.

A Leap in PII Protection

Handwritten signatures are a critical form of PII that appears in diverse formats within digital documents. Detecting and redacting these signatures requires sophisticated AI models capable of handling such complexity. Upon several requests from its clients for a solution to detect and redact signatures, IRI partnered with DeepLobe to deliver this essential functionality within DarkShield.

According to IRI Software Engineer Devon Kozenieski, the DeepLobe feature gives DarkShield users a high accuracy option for signature detection and redaction. This is a great addition to the range of PII discovery and remediation functionality DarkShield already provides for their unstructured data sources.

Empowering DarkShield with AI Excellence

DarkShield, renowned for its comprehensive data classification, discovery, and masking capabilities, now leverages DeepLobe's AI-driven signature detection. This feature extends DarkShield's existing data discovery methods, which include the use of metadata (path) matchers, named entity recognition (NER) models, exact-match and fuzzy-match value lookups, pattern recognition and computational validation. These methods help audit and obfuscate PII in consistent ways across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.

Murali Krishna, founder & CEO of SoulPage, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: "We are thrilled to collaborate with IRI to bring our AI expertise to DarkShield. Our advanced AI models will provide DarkShield users with unparalleled accuracy in detecting and redacting signatures, reinforcing their data protection strategies."
